CHAIN OF COMMAND

 House member goes to
Mentor goes to
Staff Goes to
Program Director

The chain of command is to be followed at all times. If you have questions or requests that your "mentor" cannot help you with, fill out a request form and give it to your mentor. The mentor will then give your request form to a staff member. If that staff member cannot help you or does not know the answer to your question, the staff member will contact the program director.

This does not mean that you cannot talk to a staff member or the director on a friendly or casual basis.
